OG Anunoby spearheaded the Knicks’ offense, contributing 28 points and nine rebounds. His teammate Jalen Brunson was pivotal, registering 25 points and eight assists, earning him the NBA Cup MVP award.
The Spurs were led by rookie Dylan Harper, who posted 21 points, while Victor Wembanyama added 18 points along with six rebounds. Despite a strong performance from San Antonio, the Knicks’ balanced attack and key plays in the second half proved decisive.
